The word Nadi means "channel" or " flow" of energy and Shodhana means "purification". Nadi shodhana means that practice purifies the nadis.
Nadi Shodhana breathing (psychic network purification) technique 1:
1. Sit in comfortable position
2. Keep your head and spine upright
3. Relax your body and close your eyes
4. Take a few slowly deep breaths
5. Practice Nadi Shodhana for 2-4 weeks at any time
6. Then practice technique 2
Breathing should be silent in all techniques. Awareness on the breath.
Never breathe through your mouth. It should never be rushed. Practice after postures. The best time is from 4am-6am; however, it may be performed any time during the day except after meals.
