My name is Elena, and I believe that yoga has the power to help us heal both physically and mentally. After suffering from hip bursitis, lower back pain, and a neck injury, I was determined to find something that would help me heal my body and get back to leading an active lifestyle. I eventually found yoga, and it changed my life.
Since 2012, I’ve become passionate about helping other people find the same relief that I did.

For the past 11 years, I have been teaching yoga classes and workshops, and helping people restore balance in their lives. I offer a unique combination of SCENAR therapy and Yoga classes in Red Hill and Molonglo Valley to help you achieve better posture, find pain relief, and move better.
