Try these three simple spinal movements to release pain and discomfort in your back. Practice while you are cooking. Have fun. Share with your friends.


Experience myofascial meridian movement:

  1. Superficial back line in motion supports an upright posture. Forward fold

  2. Superficial front line in motion balances back line with respect to posture. Back bends. It serves to protect the soft parts in front of the body

  3. Lateral line in motion dynamically balances the right and left side of the body and transmits the forces amongst all other myofascial meridians. Side bending.
