The skin around your eye moves a lot when you are blinking, smiling, laughing or crying. As you begin to age, other factors and lifestyle issues come into play that affects the skin tissue around the eyes: Lack of sleep enough, excess drinking, UV sun rays, Too much salt, Rubbing your eyes. Opening the eyes

This technique is one of the most effective techniques in Yoga for the face. It evenly distributes tissues in the temporal and zygomatic areas, relaxes and lengthens the circular muscle of the eye. As a result of this exercise, the outer part of the eyes should become broader and softer.

It increases the size of the eyes, improves peripheral vision, eliminates crow's feet, lifts the eyebrows. You can work with this technique both superficially and with deeper immersion in tissues. We recommend doing this exercise very slowly, using oil or cream at the beginning of the practice.

The number of repetitions: 3 times a day, first week.

This exercise doesn't just deal with drooping eyelids. It also helps to tighten sagging skin around the side of the face

Benefits:

Restore the shape and size of the eyes.

Along with your upper eyelid, you may notice your eyebrows isn't firm and upright as it used to be. Weakened forehead muscles are often responsible for this. In the following exercises, you will be engaging the brow muscles to help you naturally lift eyebrows.

We can't change the tissue in the eye area in isolation, and we need to focus on the face muscles. Plastic surgeons will also confirm this - blepharoplasty is often ineffective, and patients need to undergo a complex lifting of the whole upper part of the face.

1. Frontalis muscle

2. Depressor Supercilii
