Hi, I’m Alicia. I’m a personal trainer and national-level powerlifter, but more importantly I’m here to help you build strength, muscle, and confidence. The gym can feel intimidating, so I keep things simple and supportive, giving you the right plan, the right technique, and the mindset to push past limits. I first got into training to get stronger and improve my health after struggling with mobility issues from functional scoliosis and pectus excavatum. What started as a way to look after myself quickly became much more. Lifting gave me confidence, structure, and a community that showed me how much I was truly capable of. It wasn’t just about getting stronger physically, but about building the discipline and mentality to keep showing up, even when things felt hard. That’s the approach I bring to every client. For some, that means chasing new personal bests and lifting heavier than they ever thought possible. For others, it’s about finally feeling comfortable in the gym, moving with confidence, and achieving the kind of progress that carries into everyday life.
