This 5-week Therapeutic Yoga for Beginners course is designed to help you improve posture, support a healthy spine, enhance spinal movement, reduce pain, relieve stress, and achieve holistic body–mind balance in a safe and supportive environment. The program focuses on gentle, therapeutic, and functional movements suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Throughout the course, you will learn how to move your body with awareness and confidence while developing strength, flexibility, and stability. Each session is carefully structured to support spinal health, improve mobility, enhance physical wellbeing, calm the nervous system, and help manage physical and emotional stress. The course includes: • Gentle yoga exercises to improve posture and spinal alignment • Safe and effective movements to improve spinal flexibility, mobility, and strength • Massage with the balls to reduce tension, stiffness, and chronic discomfort • Functional movement techniques to support everyday activities • Breathing techniques to promote deep relaxation and stress relief • Guided relaxation meditation to reduce mental overload and improve sleep quality • Education on body awareness, spinal care, and injury prevention This program is ideal for beginners, people returning to exercise after injury, those experiencing muscular or joint discomfort, or anyone feeling overwhelmed by daily stress and looking to support a healthy spine while building a strong foundation for long-term wellbeing.
