Hi, I’m Elena Amani, owner of Yoga for Posture and a certified SCENAR therapist with over 15 years of experience in yoga therapy, face yoga, ergonomic assessment, and holistic healing. Originally from Russia and now based in Canberra, I specialise in pain relief, posture correction, neuromuscular connection, and fascia health. Through private yoga sessions, group classes, online programs, and retreats, I help people improve posture, reduce pain, and restore balance.
Having lived with chronic health issues—including Crohn’s Disease, a neck injury, hip bursitis, and hypothyroid myopathy—I understand the struggle of living with pain. Yoga and SCENAR therapy transformed my life, inspiring me to share these tools with others. In 2015, I opened my home-based Yoga for Posture studio in Canberra, where I guide clients to relieve pain, improve strength, and live with vitality. Certifications include: Yoga Therapy, Postural Ergonomics, Face Yoga, SCENAR Therapy, Advanced Yoga Fundamentals, and Past-Life Regression Therapy.

Hi, I’m Alicia. I’m a personal trainer and national-level powerlifter, but more importantly I’m here to help you build strength, muscle, and confidence. The gym can feel intimidating, so I keep things simple and supportive, giving you the right plan, the right technique, and the mindset to push past limits.
I first got into training to get stronger and improve my health after struggling with mobility issues from functional scoliosis and pectus excavatum. What started as a way to look after myself quickly became much more. Lifting gave me confidence, structure, and a community that showed me how much I was truly capable of. It wasn’t just about getting stronger physically, but about building the discipline and mentality to keep showing up, even when things felt hard.
That’s the approach I bring to every client. For some, that means chasing new personal bests and lifting heavier than they ever thought possible. For others, it’s about finally feeling comfortable in the gym, moving with confidence, and achieving the kind of progress that carries into everyday life.
