Elena Amani is an experienced yoga teacher and wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals improve posture, reduce pain, and achieve holistic body-mind balance. She specialises in therapeutic, functional, and preventative movement programs designed to support mobility, physical health, and stress management for people of all ages and abilities.
Elena has completed professional training in yoga instruction and continues to expand her expertise through studies in fascia therapy, neuromuscular movement, ergonomic health, and Ayurvedic wellness principles. She also integrates complementary modalities including face yoga, myofascial release techniques, and SCENAR therapy, providing a comprehensive and results-focused approach to wellbeing.
Elena’s teaching philosophy is deeply influenced by her personal journey of overcoming chronic health challenges, including Crohn’s disease, musculoskeletal injuries, and autoimmune-related conditions. This lived experience allows her to bring empathy, authenticity, and practical understanding to her teaching while creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments for her clients.
She is passionate about empowering people to reconnect with their bodies, improve posture and movement patterns, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term health and overall wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Alicia. I’m a personal trainer and national-level powerlifter, but more importantly I’m here to help you build strength, muscle, and confidence. The gym can feel intimidating, so I keep things simple and supportive, giving you the right plan, the right technique, and the mindset to push past limits.
I first got into training to get stronger and improve my health after struggling with mobility issues from functional scoliosis and pectus excavatum. What started as a way to look after myself quickly became much more. Lifting gave me confidence, structure, and a community that showed me how much I was truly capable of. It wasn’t just about getting stronger physically, but about building the discipline and mentality to keep showing up, even when things felt hard.
That’s the approach I bring to every client. For some, that means chasing new personal bests and lifting heavier than they ever thought possible. For others, it’s about finally feeling comfortable in the gym, moving with confidence, and achieving the kind of progress that carries into everyday life.
