  • Our yoga classes, led by Elena Amani, one of the best yoga teacher in Canberra, specialises in posture and pain relief. We combine Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and posture correction with modern movement science to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. What makes our classes unique is our holistic approach. Rather than simply teaching yoga poses, we focus on understanding how the whole body moves and functions.

     

    By combining brain-based movement, neuromuscular retraining, myofascial release, massage balls, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, and functional strengthening, we help address the root cause of pain, improve posture, restore natural movement, and enhance overall wellbeing.

    • Each class begins with a guided body scan meditation, helping you connect your mind with your body and become aware of areas of tension.

    • We then use massage balls to release tight muscles and prepare the fascia, creating more freedom of movement, improving flexibility, and reducing pain.

    • Once the body is prepared, we move into a carefully designed sequence of Hatha Yoga postures, mobility exercises, and strengthening movements that build stability, balance, flexibility, and confidence.

    • Breathing is an essential part of every class. We synchronise breath with movement to improve body awareness, activate the right muscles more effectively, calm the nervous system, and help you enter a meditative state. This mindful approach reduces stress, improves focus, and creates a deeper connection between the mind and body.

    • You’ll also learn practical techniques to improve flexibility and strength by activating the muscles that support your joints.

    • We focus on engaging your core and glute muscles to stabilise your body, protect your joints, improve balance, and create efficient movement patterns that you can use in everyday life.

    • Each class finishes with a guided relaxation (Savasana), allowing your body and nervous system to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more balanced, refreshed, and equipped with practical tools to improve your posture, reduce pain, and move with greater confidence every day.

  • We offer group and private yoga classes in two yoga studios in Canberra:
