Our yoga classes, led by Elena Amani, one of the best yoga teacher in Canberra, specialises in posture and pain relief. She incorporates massage balls and resistance training to activate and strengthen vital muscles, improve alignment, and release tension.
Her goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and pain-free — reconnecting your body and mind through mindful movement and breath. Each class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner.
We offer group and private yoga classes in two yoga studios in Canberra:
1. Latin American Centre, 28 Astrolabe St, Red Hill
2. Home-based studio in Molonglo Valley, 66 David Fleay St, Wright.
3. You can also join live Zoom sessions or practice anywhere with my online video programs.
My classes are designed especially for beginners, with a strong focus on safety, posture, and body awareness. Each movement is explained slowly and clearly, so you always know what you’re doing and why.
I offer small group or private classes, which means you receive personal attention and gentle corrections tailored to your body. This is especially helpful if you experience pain, stiffness, or are returning to movement after injury or a long break.
