Since 2012, I’ve become passionate about helping others find the same relief I did.

My yoga classes are designed to help people with chronic pain, injury, or illness to find pain relief.

I understand the importance of finding a reliable and effective form of exercise. I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

 

For the past 12 years, I have been teaching yoga classes and workshops, and helping people restore balance in their lives. I offer a unique combination of SCENAR therapy and Yoga classes in Red Hill and Molonglo Valley to help you achieve better posture, find pain relief, and move better. We offer from live Zoom classes to intensive programs, for beginners to advanced practitioners.

 

The body and mind work together to improve our health, but a lack of knowledge and awareness can cause serious health problems and pain, and an inability to maintain good health and well-being. We hold the stress and strain in our bodies. We often tense up, and many of us spend our lives that way.

Yoga for posture focus is on the main postural muscles and how they are affected by life. Improve the body-mind connection, physical, mental, and spiritual health.
