Learn how to manage your stress and anxiety with special techniques, mindfulness practices, and yoga, designed to bring more peace, clarity, and resilience into your everyday life. Each week includes: • 45-minute talk and guided meditation – to educate, inspire, and ground you • 45-minute yoga class – gentle, mindful movement to support your emotional wellbeing Course Outline: Week 1: Building Awareness and Acceptance Discover the hidden patterns that fuel stress and anxiety. Learn how to cultivate awareness and acceptance so you can respond — rather than react — to life’s challenges. We’ll explore emotional regulation techniques that bring more peace, connection, and balance into your daily life. The yoga class this week will focus on grounding, calming the nervous system, and opening the heart through restorative postures and breathwork. Week 2: Patterns and Beliefs Dive deeper into the mental habits and beliefs that trigger stress and anxiety. Understand how to recognize and shift these patterns using special techniques that create space for a more empowered, peaceful mind. The yoga class will emphasize releasing emotional tension through hip openers, chest expansion, and mindful breath awareness. Week 3: Managing Stress and Anxiety in Everyday Life Learn practical strategies to regulate emotions and thoughts when facing everyday stress and anxiety. Create a personal toolkit for lasting calm and resilience. The final yoga class will blend grounding poses, mindful strength-building, and deep relaxation to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and renewed. Join us today!

Yoga Classes: • If we do not receive enough bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the class 2 hours before the scheduled start time. • Participants will be notified promptly, and any payments will be credited or refunded. Workshops and Retreats: • If there are insufficient participants, we may cancel the event 3 days before the scheduled date. • Participants will be notified, and full refunds or credits will be provided. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to deliver the best experience for all attendees. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
