Our Myofascial release techniques designed for anyone seeking deep relaxation and pain relief, this pack provides a comprehensive approach to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Each class builds upon the last, guiding you through targeted myofascial techniques, myofascial massage with the ball to address tightness and restore balance in your body. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, these sessions will leave you feeling renewed. You can book a casual class for $25 or 5-class pack for $99. We offer two classes daily at 9.30 AM and 7 PM -choose the time best for you. 6 Jan | 9.30 AM | 7 PM. Develop a Vital Glute muscle class. In this class, you will focus on activating and strengthening the glute muscles while enhancing your neuromuscular connection. 7 Jan. Develop a Vital Psoas muscle class In this class, you’ll focus on unlocking and exploring the psoas muscles, often called the "muscle of the soul" for their deep connection to stability, movement, and emotional well-being. Through targeted stretching, strengthening, and mindful breathing exercises, you'll work to release tension in the psoas, enhance core support, and promote balanced. 8 Jan. Develop Vital Core Muscles Connect to your core, improving digestion and self esteem. In this class, you'll focus on building strength, stability, and control in the core, the body’s powerhouse. The core muscles—including the abdominals, obliques, back, and parts of the pelvis—play a crucial role in supporting posture, protecting the spine, and allowing for functional, balanced movement. This class combines dynamic strengthening exercises with deep core activation techniques to cultivate a strong, resilient center. 9 Jan. Yoga for Feet, Knees, and Hips: Fascia Health and Mobility This class is designed to rejuvenate and support the health of the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and stabilizes our muscles—while improving mobility and stability in the feet, knees, and hips. Through a combination of gentle yoga poses, stretching, and myofascial release techniques, you’ll work to relieve tension, increase range of motion, and build foundational support for the entire lower body. 10 Jan. Yoga for Shoulders, Neck, and Middle Back. Through gentle, fascia-focused yoga poses and myofascial release techniques, you’ll target areas of tension and enhance mobility, helping to alleviate common discomforts and improve posture.

Cancellation Policy
Yoga Classes: • If we do not receive enough bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the class 2 hours before the scheduled start time. • Participants will be notified promptly, and any payments will be credited or refunded. Workshops and Retreats: • If there are insufficient participants, we may cancel the event 3 days before the scheduled date. • Participants will be notified, and full refunds or credits will be provided. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to deliver the best experience for all attendees. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
