Learn a unique method to change your face! Please, wear sport clothes, no makeup. All exercises will be performed on the chair in front of the mirror. You can practice online or Face to face. Please, let us know, places are limited. The course is suitable for beginners and those who are already familiar with Yoga for face. You will learn some techniques for achieving quick and effective results: 1. Myofascila massage to release neck pain 2. Correction exercises for neck and middle back 3. Release tension in your face muscles 5. Learn a morning routine 6. Warm up and cool down 7. Breathing techniques 8.
